In this project we worked with less than 200 sq ft of growing space where we experimented with flat surface swale filled with mulch for soaking rainwater reducing watering needs.  we have incorporated passion fruit, persimmon tree, and blue berries close to the swale. Furthermore, we included an herb spiral which creates a micro climate similar to Mediterranean climate in order to plant various types of herbs to grow .
