Garland Ave, MD

For this project , the client was looking for a design with focus on erosion control and native plants.  The property was divided into two sloped sections that had the highest erosion problems. Our team did a survey of the property and took soil samples in order to better understand the erosion problem.  A water management survey showed that the runoff from two gutters flow through the same spot which increases volume flow resulting in erosion.  The best option is to slow the water and allow the water to stay longer in the property and by providing various management techniques we were able to capture as much as 200 gallons of water as stop the erosion.
